Tuesday 15th March 

This was a ladies Par competition with 41 ladies competing over the 18 holes. The winner of Division 1 was Julia Hesketh who had a score of 3 Down to win on a card playoff. Runner up went to Lady Vice Captain Sue Tranter after also having a score of 3 Down. The winner of Division 2 was Liz Hatton who had a score of 3 Down. Runner up spot went to Edwina Greenwood who managed a score of 4 Down. The winner of Division 3 was Catherine Dixon who had a score of 5 Down. Runner up went to Gill Clare who also had a score of 5 Down to lose out on a card playoff. The winner of the 9 hole individual stableford was Tricia Jones who had 14 Points. 

Thursday 17th March 

This Thursday competition had 50 players competing over 18 holes. The winner was Steve Daintith who managed a great score of 42 Points to win on a card playoff. This reduced Steve's winter Thursday handicap down to 3.6. Runner up went to Bob Platt who also had 42 Points to miss out on the card playoff and reduce his winter Thursday handicap down to 12.2. Third place went to Iain Wright who had a score of 40 Points to reduce his winter Thursday handicap down to 4.8. Fourth place went to Nick Wild who had 38 Points. Fifth place went to David Goldie who had 37 Points to beat two others on a card playoff into the prizes. 

Saturday 19th March 

This Saturday competition was an Am-Am Stableford with 158 players competing over 18 holes with some great scoring. The winning team was Rob Smith, Chris Bate, Jon Gibson & Richard Brown who had fantastic score of 95 Points to win by two points. The runners up were the team of Derek Brown, Arthur Floyd & Steve Titchard who had a score of 93 Points which was a great effort with only three team members. Third place went to Dave McCabe, Trevor Rigby, Roger Webster & Tony Salt who also had 45 Points after losing out on a card playoff. Fourth place went to Joe Capstick, Paul Hockenhull, Ian Foster & Steve Carroll who had 91 Points to beat two other teams on a card playoff into the prizes. 

Tuesday 22nd March 

This week's ladies competition was a Bonus Stableford. The winner of Division 1 was Jennifer Hart who had a score of 51 Points. The winner of Division 2 was Dilys Peake who had a score of 55 Points. The winner of Division 3 was Shirley Warner who had a score of 52 Points. 

Thursday 24th March 

This weeks Thursday competition had 36 players competing over 18 holes. The winner was Gordon Whittaker who had a score of 38 Points to win on a card playoff. This reduced Gordon's winter Thursday handicap down to 18.9. Runner up went to Roy Delooze who also had 38 Points to miss out on the card playoff and reduce his winter Thursday handicap down to 7.0. Third place went to Dave Fisher who had a score of 37 Points to reduce his winter Thursday handicap down to 9.2. Fourth place went to Chris Chambers who also had 37 Points to miss out on a card playoff. Fifth place went to Tony Shaw who had 36 Points to beat two others on a card playoff into the prizes. 

Saturday 26th March 

This week's Saturday competition was a Waltz Stableford with 186 players competing. The winning team was Mike Goulden, Dave Kinder, Sam Maskery & Brain Rimmer who had a great score of 89 Points to win by two points. The runners up were the team of Bert Rigby, Tony Owen, Steve Ball & Mark Petherbridge who had a score of 87 Points. Third place went to Ron Birchall, Iain Gourlay, Andy Gordon & Ian Cairns who had 85 Points. Fourth place went to Ken Bennett, Graham Hartley, Andy Rimmer & Terry Taylor who also had 85 Points to lose out on a card playoff.
