Tuesday 17, January 

This ladies competition was a Betterball Stableford played over 13 holes, 39 players took part. The winners were Liz Faulkner and Fiona Goddard with a score of 29 points. The runners up were Lena O'Connor and Paula Hodkinson with 27 points. The twos were shared by Barbara Booth and Val Wickens. 

Thursday 19, January 

This weeks competition was a Stableford. 49 players competed. The first five places were separated by a card play off on 40 points. The winner was Dave Moston with 40 points. Second was Peter Whitehurst with 40 points. In third was Phil Williams with 40 points. Fourth place went to Bill Oxley with 40 points. Finally in fifth was Jon Barker with 40 points. 

Saturday 21, January 

This weeks competition was a 5 clubs and a putter Betterball Stableford played over 16 holes. The winners were Brian Potter and Peter Edmonds with 41 points. Second were Dave Fisher and Phil Cunningham with 40 points. In third were Andrew Evans and Keith Isherwood with 40 points. Fourth were Ken Morgan and Nick Shannon also on 40 points. Finally in fifth place were James Boyd and Dennis Rogers with 40 points.
