Knockout Entries 

A reminder that entries are now being taken in the Pro shop for the following knockout competitions for the upcoming season: 

Men's: Match Prize, Swinton Trophy & Scratch knockouts. 
Mixed: Scott Trophy 


 

Tuesday 21st March 

The ladies competition was a Par. 41 ladies took part. The winner of Division 1 was Fiona Goddard with 5 down. Runner Up was Liz Faulkner with 7 down. Winner of Division 2 was Shirley Warner with 1 down, runner up was Dylis Peake with 5 down. Five ladies played in the nine hole competition the winner was Kay Sutton with 11 points. 


Thursday 23rd March 

This week's Thursday competition had 65 players competing over 18 holes. The winner was John Craddock who had a score of 42 Points. Runner up went to Iain Gourlay who also had 41 Points. Third place went to Stuart Hardy who had a score of 40 Points. Fourth place went to Jack Bromley who had 40 Points on a card playoff. Fifth place went to Paul Marsh who also had 39 Points. 


Saturday 25th March 

This week's Saturday competition was a Special 3's Waltz with 177 players competing over 18 holes. The winning team was John Campbell, Jim Gray, Steve Hesketh and Pat Mcneill who had a score of 92 Points. The runners up were Paul Hockenhull, Graham Hughes and Steve Carroll who had a score of 91 Points which in a three ball was a great effort. Third place went to Richard Hamilton, Mark Tate, Paul Harrison and Paul Hamilton who had 90 Points. Fourth place went to Alan Horne, Derek Mchugh, Bryan Worrall and David Newsholme who also had 86 Points.
