This week's ladies competition was a Stableford with 54 players competing. The winner of Division one was Anne Hewitson who had a score of 37 Points to win by three points. Runner up went to Val Wickens who had 34 Points. The winner of Division two was Wendy Grimshaw who had 39 Points. Runner up was Pauline Cowell who had 36 Points. The winner of the nine hole competition was Doris Dickenson who had 14 Points.
Thursday, 7 April 2017
This week's Thursday competition was a yellow tee stableford, 91 players took part. The winner was new member Stuart Rimmer with 42 points. Second was Phil Williams with 41 points. In third place was Charlie Markert with 40 points. Fourth was Steve Daintith with 40 points. Finally in fifth place was Mathew Bate with 39 points.
Saturday, 9 April 2017
This week's Saturday competition was an Individual Stableford and 187 players competed. The winner of Division one was Steve Carroll who had a score of 39 points. Runner up spot went to Charles Asbury with 38 points.Third place went to Neil Ritchie who had 38 points. Fourth place went to Gary Glendenning who had 37 points. Division two was won by Owen Pennington with 40 points. In second place was Dave Hanson also with 40 points on a card play-off. Third was Steve Smith with 39 points. Finally in fourth place was John Barwick with 38 points.
