Thursday, 4 July This week’s competition was a White tee Strokeplay. Congratulations to David Smith on winning the competition with a great score of nett 64. In second place with a good score of nett 66 was Steve Daintith. In third place was Jerry Hilditch with a score of nett 67, and in fourth with a score of nett 68 was Neil Dickinson.

9-Hole Competition
Congratulations to Andy Wadbrook-McLay on beating Brian Grimshaw on a card playoff with them both shooting great scores of 18 points, and in third place was Tyler Owen with 17 points.

Saturday, 6 July
This week’s competition was the Lyon Trophy with was a white tee medal. Congratulations to the winner of the Lyon Trophy Jerry Hilditch with a fantastic score of nett 66. In second place was Brian Acton with a great score of nett 67. In third place with a score of nett 67 was Greg Osborne and in fourth place was Tom Clutterbuck with a score of nett 68.

Sunday, 8 July This week’s competition was the Sharp Trophy which is a Mixed Greensomes competition. Congratulations to Jo Carter and George Kane winning with a great score of 66.8. In second place with a score of 67.6 was Marie and Nick Wild and in third place with a score of 68.6 was Briget Gray and Paul Swift. This week’s competition was a white tee Stableford. Congratulations to Tim Parker winning with a great score of 38 points. In second place was Barry Jones with a good score of 37 points, and in third place also with 37 points was Greg Parker.

Tuesday, 9 July
This week’s ladies competition was a Team AM AM. Congratulations to Elaine Jenkins, Wendy Grimshaw, Tracy Petherbridge and Liz Garside with a great score of 89 points. In second place was Anne Smith, Sarah Loy, Bridget Gray and Jo Carter with a score of 86 points. In third place with 85 points was Sheena Heseltine, Edwina Greenwood, Maddie Hurst and Megan Burgess.
