Rain, rain go away

In 2018, only January saw more rainfall in the UK than November. Not the happiest of stats to highlight, but one that indicates we'll be experiencing a few downpours in the coming weeks, making a waterproof and spacious bag vital to tackle the unpredictable British weather.

Lynx Prowler Waterproof Stand Bag

This waterproof (just in case the name didn't give it away!) bag looks pretty sleek in any of its four colourways and tips the scales at a minuscule 1.7 kg; perfect for quickly nipping in-between trees during a shower.

Its bigger brother is this cart bag, which offers the same waterproof properties as well as seven spacious pockets that are designed for easy access when on top of a trolley. It's the little things that count!

Which do you prefer?

Golf apparel is famous for taking a bit of a knock from other sports and, in all honesty, in years gone by, it did deserve it. However, today’s golf-specific clothing often sets the tone for smart, high-performing sportswear that is versatile enough to be worn anywhere.

Spot the difference

If you've ever been to a fancy dress party, we're sure you would have seen someone dressed as a golfer from the 19th century - plus fours, knee length socks and flat caps.

It does look great and certainly results in a few giggles, but today's golf clothing couldn't be further away as FootJoy's stylish pieces for this winter show.

Spotlight | Callaway JAWS MD5 Wedges

What we love most about Callaway is that each time a new product comes out, it performs better than the one it replaces in the range - something we certainly noticed in the latest Mack Daddy wedges.

Last time out they introduced Groove-In-Groove Technology, which is proven to produce more spin on your wedge shots. Now, they've combined this with a JAWS groove design for even more spin around the greens!
