This week's ladies competition was a par competition with 46 competing. The winner of Division 1 was Bridget Gray who managed a good score of 2up to reduce her handicap down to 18.3. The runner up was Pat Maycock who had a score of 1up. The winner of Division 2 was Sue Tranter who had a great score of 4up to reduce her handicap down to 21.2. The runner up was Jo Baldwin who had a score of 3up which reduced her handicap down to 22.6. The winner of Division 3 was Barbara Young who managed a good score of 2up which reduced her handicap down to 32.4. The runner up was Barbara Whitfield who had a score of 1dn. The winner of the 9 hole stableford competition was Judy Hughes who managed to score 15 points to win by one point.
Thursday, 13 August
This week's Thursday competition was a white tee medal with 92 players competing. The winner was John Mulligan who a good score of 86 - 19 = 67 to win by one shot and reduce his handicap down to 16.5 after receiving an exceptional scoring reduction of 0.5. Runner up was Roger Richards who had a score of 78 - 10 = 68 to reduce his handicap down to 9.2. Third place went to John Evans who had a score of 94 - 26 = 68 to lose out on a card playoff but reduce his handicap down to 24.3. Fourth place went to Steve Carroll who had a 74 - 6 = 68 to also miss out on a card playoff, but reduce his handicap down to 5.8. Fifth place went to Phil Adlem who had a 75 - 7 = 68 to also miss out on a card playoff and reduce his handicap down to 6.0.
Saturday, 15 August
216 players took part in Pro's Day which was an amazing success. We had both men's, ladies & mixed teams taking part in the AM-AM Stableford.

Longest drive
On the 8th hole for the ladies it was Sheena Heseltine who took the long drive crown. For the men on the 14th Charlie Loy hit the biggest drive.
